so that is not the reason I haven’t been updating. I actually wrote a huge blog post yesterday before work, but I got a new computer so they reset the old one – guess what it had one it…yep, my 3 page blog post of the past workouts and thoughts.

AGH. Other than that, I’ve been busy as hell at work and this weekends upcoming parties/plans. But I’m still training and even have a new race schedule for May πŸ™‚

Just as short update – I’m lifting at lunch time, so Ill update afterwards πŸ˜‰
