So since I’m a cranky bitch today – it took me awhile to calm myself down and blog about my mornings workout. I think that’s about the only thing that has gone right today.

Tuesday – WT 1 + CARDIO

Warmup Cardio: 10 minutes on step climb

Pushups x 4 sets, 23, 15, 13, 11
Assisted Pullups x 4 sets x 100lbs, 8 x 8 x 6 x 6
Dips x 3 sets x 15

Suicide Planks: 30 reps per arm. (broken into three sets)

Deadlifting: 50# x 1 x 15, 60# x 3 x 15, 14, 13
Standing Shoulder Press: 50# x 3 x 12
Wide Grip PDs: 70# x 2 x 20, 15,  100# x 1 x 3 (just because)
Bent Rows: 60# x 4 x 12

Elliptical: lvl 15 – 25 intervals for 7 minutes

Total Time: 1:02:29
Cals: 510
Max HR:182 bpm
Avg HR: 134 bpm

Thoughts: This morning was fine. Woke up at 4am with Corey, had breakfast, packed and was out the door early enough to make it to the gym at 5:40am! woo!

I was sweating the whole time during the workout – just fucking pouring off of me. I did everything so fast paced since I updated some of the exercise sets. Next week, I’m upping all body weight to 4 sets. As well as trying some new ones. But over all it was a great workout.

Tomorrow is a long cardio day with foam rolling & ab work. I’m excited 🙂
