So I don’t regret taking two days off. It’s just tough coming back from it, I feel so lame. So today I got my ass moving after I slept late, did some dishes and then I went to running.

Thoughts: I got lost during the trail portion of running, but once I found my way back it was so much fun. I love being out there running through the trees and the woods. It’s so peaceful and quiet. Today’s weather was weird, at first it looked as if it was going to ran, but it held off and the sun came out. But when I left the dark clouds were rolling. My shin was meh. I can’t run on concrete. Doesn’t matter what I do. I have good days and then I have bad days.

DB Chest Press: 25# x 1 x 10
Hyperextensions: 3 x 15
2.5 minute run
Cable Curls 50# x 2 x 12
DB Curls: 15# x 18
