Hello everyone! I hope you had a great three day (if you didn’t work or had vacation) weekend. I know I did!

Friday, Saturday and Sunday was a blast. A lot of drinking, eating, laughing, talking – very solid weekend with family.

Monday we did obstacle training. It felt like I was a slug more than a human. We actually came home Monday morning, which may not have been the best idea because of how tired we were. I think Sunday we went to bed around 2:30 am, woke up around 930, had breakfast, then Corey and I went back to bed till about 2. It was amazzzzingggg. The air was cold and we were sleeping right next to the sliding glass door, so the breeze was coming through, we had our fleece blankets and obviously, out like a light.

Monday was pitiful. So wasn’t this morning. My body is so tired. I’m getting my period too, so all I can think about is curling up in bed either with a book, my laptop or a video game and vegging out. But, I was up at 4:45am  to get ready for the gym.

So, I guess I have to post my stats. WOMP.

Thoughts: It was miserable for a lot of reasons. Most of them will sound like excuses, but the plain truth was I was tired. I hadn’t recovered from the amount of alcohol and food I consumed over the weekend. I don’t regret doing so, but it did bum me out.

I had no pre-workouth, we had no music, it was muggy and hot out, I had eaten an hour before the workout (12), which was the first time all day, blahblahnblah. My legs were like trying to move stumps. I dragged myself along. I guess it is better than doing nothing though. This Thursday will be a better one!

Thoughts: From now on I’m going to do two upper body days, and one lower body days. It will be a mix. Like chest will have triceps and shoulders, Back will have biceps, lates, delts, shoulders, etc. One lower body day will be on Thursdays soon when it becomes too dark to do obstacle training. Wah, wah. I think we may have about two – three more weeks of Thursdays.

I hate period week. I’m slow, tired, and blah. I feel cranky too :-\  Yep, you all needed to know that. But if you’re a guy reading this, sorry!! :X

Yesterday I went food shopping, prepared my food for a few days and Corey’s for the week. I fell asleep around 10 pm, so tonight is all about relaxing and getting my strength back. WOOO!
