This morning was a lot better as far as time management. I did cardio intervals on the treadmill, the step climber and the cross trainer. I got to the gym at 6:05 🙂
Step Climber: 11 minutes (lvl 5-lvl15)
Cross Trainer: 10 minutes (lvl 10-lvl 12)
Time: 36.37 minutes / 41.46 (with cool down)
Calories: 355 / 389 total (with cool down)
Max HR: 193 bpm
Thoughts: Wooowaaawweewaaa, this morning was good. My shins were still a little sore from moving yesterday, so I haz to ice them down when I finally get home tonight. I say finally because I have to pick up my mommy and go food shopping. I love my mom 🙂
Then I have to get home, hopefully Cor picks up protein tonight so I can make the shakes, his eggs, lunch for tomorrow for the both of us, wash and dry our gym clothes and unpack all his snacks too. Oy. I also have to go through my gym bag. I feel like it’s heavier than it should be at this point. I realized this when I snapped the hook of the locker. Opps. It was very obvious too, it snapped, flung around and made a huge noise. Teehee.
Living with a baby is going to be hard. Don’t worry, it’s not mine. But I feel like it is since we have to work around her sleeping schedule. Our washer and dryer is in his brother and sister in laws room. I have to figure out a better system to do this. It might be just buying a new sports bra so i don’t have to wash my gym clothes every two workouts…Mah.
I have one more boring gym workout to get through tomorrow, then its obstacle training and trail running this weekend. AROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! (is it getting old yet? not for me!!!)
