This weekend wasn’t bad. I had a nice run yesterday, had a lot to drink last night, woke up with a hangover from doing vodka & whiskey shots, moved my boyfriend’s brother and fiance’s apartment for 5 hours, make food, laundry, clean, hung out with Miss Alice and now I’m sitting here icing my knees and shin down.

The boys did the obstacle training today, but if there was any home of getting my food organized, our protein shakes, clean clothes, etc, I had to skip it. I’m beat.

So tomorrow am is the first gym session.

MONDAY: Chest/Cardio
TUESDAY: Interval Training & Arms
WEDNESDAY: Distance Run
THURSDAY: Obstacle Training
FRIDAY: PM Back/abs
SATURDAY: Trail Run 2.5+ miles
SUNDAY: Obstacle Training

Monday – Chest / Cardio, Rating: MEH.

I’m going to have to accept that mondays are always going to be hard. I’m a little slow, I’m a little more tired, and I’m not 100% on monday mornings. Hahaha. With that said, this morning was so aggravating to deal with.

Although…..waking up was amazing. Personal details 😉
Anyhoooo, running late, got in the car at 5:30am, the highway was fine, but I had to dig through my shit to find my parking money. So it took me some time to organize it all once I got to the parking lot.

Couldn’t find my T-Pass, had to dig around, gym bag is unusually heavy today because of all the damn food, and overall, I’m tired. Got to the gym around 6:20am, kept forgetting shit, opened locker about 10 times before I actually got into the treadmill.

I don’t know if because I did train yesterday and or because I was running up and down stairs with furniture and boxes, but my shins were very sore. My shoe laces kept coming untied, my ipod died, etc.

What a morning! But Tuesday’s are always better.

Thoughts: I’m slightly cranky because of the workout, but I’m also hungry, tired and sore. :-\ But thats okay, tonight I have pick up stuff from my moms and then I’m heading home and napping. This past weekend was long and I shouldn’t have drank – no matter what anyone says. I don’t bounce back like I use to and I’m not sacrificing my hard work for alcohol.

Tomorrow I’m going to get up earlier and try to get to the gym around 6am so I have more time. This 30-40 minute crap is retaaaahhddeed.
