Holy shit what an unorganized morning. I’m not sure if it was because I didn’t stop and sit down till 8:45 last night or I’m just totally unorganized all together.
– I was late getting out of the house.
– I forgot I had to get gas.
+ Lucky Corey’s dad picked me up a giant ice coffee the night before so I had some motivation.
– The train was late this morning
– I got to the gym late
– This cut my gym session shorter than I liked
– I forgot my wallet in the car (I hope no one sees it and decides to smash my windows)
– I forgot my hair brush & pins
+ I did remember all my food & protein shake however!
– I’m really fucking hungry today.
Besides that, I got a decent workout in. I’m still sore, but I did pretty well.

I could have done better, but I’m still pretty sore and I ran out of time. But hey, tomorrow will be a better day. I believe tomorrow is straight cardio, abs & sauna. YAY!
Last night was craaazzy. I left work at 4:55pm to head to the T. I wobbled the entire way. Luckily, no gym bag so it was slightly easier. I got to my car, and headed home to pick up my mom. We went food shopping, I dropped her off, headed to Cor’s, we unpacked my car, I made my dinner, cleaned his cooler, made my lunches, helped his dad unpack, made the protein shakes, then FINALLY sat down to ice my shins and re-lace my un-muddified nikes at 8:45pm.
My nikes were still kind of damp from the race and from me hosing them down so I had to wear my old Sauconys. I felt fine on the treadmill? Maybe it is the treadmills here that are sturdier and don’t put as much strain on my shins and knees? Who knows!
