I also have to figure out how to dry my shoes because my new nikes were FILLED with thick mud. I sprayed them with a hose and wrung them out. I also sprayed them with deodorizer from Reebok. Mehhh.

AM. Treadmill Running – 2 to 3 miles, 1-5% incline
Abs / Biceps

+ Make Lunch for Thurs and Friday
+ Bring Camera & Tripod to work

Thursday
PM. Obstacle Course ( 3 sets, without tire flipping)

Friday
AM. Treadmill Inclines – 2 to 3 miles, 3-15% inclines

PM. Back/Biceps
CG Pulldown
WG Pulldown
Assisted Pullups
Hyperextensions
Bent Rows
SLDL

Saturday
AM. Outdoor Trail Running @ local trails

Sunday
Stretching
AM. Obstacle Training
