S. 20 MILES

So yesterday (Sunday) was painful. A friend and I walked/jogged 20 miles. It was pathetically painful, but we did it…even if we did limp the last two miles.  It was for the Walk For Hunger is Boston, MA. Absolutely beautiful out!!!!

I’m paying for it now since I can barely walk. The guys were calling me “wobble-along”, haha.

As you can see, this week was pulled back a little bit. I’m getting sick, so Tuesday is an iffy, depending on how I feel. Obstacle training is going amazing. Last week, I burned almost 600 cals in an hour. My legs were sore for a few days after doing drag bag sprints before farmer walks! Ouch.
