When I want to snack, I usually eat large amounts of veggies.

Right now after having some sushi for lunch, I’m snacking on a big bag of fresh green beans — Yum!

  1. Raw? I wish I loved veggies the way I loved fruit..and hated carbs hah!

I’m digging your blog, I’ll need to follow it!

  2. YES!! Sometimes I steam them for dinner, but most of the time I eat my veggies raw. When they are in season, or from a local farm, they taste wonderful fresh. It took me a while to “learn” to eat them this way. Yay! I’ll follow you back 🙂 Thanks for stopping by!

  3. Thanks Shauna! Actually…I made pizza crust with cauliflower today…it was THE BOMB. Then, you load up whatever toppings you want. I used store bought sauce today, but I have a killer homemade spaghetti sauce recipe that is SUPER easy if you’re interested. Maybe next time I make it I’ll take some photos and post it to my blog..it’s SO yummy. I was impressed.

  4. I use to do tons of photo snapping while cooking / putting together crazy meals, I’ll use your recipe as some motivation to get back to it! Do you mash the cauliflower up?

  5. You have to rice it…which means pulse it in food processor without pureeing it. 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup mozzarella, 1 egg beaten, minced garlic to taste, garlic salt to taste, oregano. Mix lay out into 9″ round and bake for 15 minutes at 450. Pull out, add topping and broil until your toppings are browned…SO YUMMY. Note: The crust is definitely no pizza crust, but the taste is very similar and absolutely cured my pizza cravings.
