Last night was a good run. I did my 3 mile run in about 28 minutes which beat my previous record by nearly 7 minutes. I’m really proud of myself. I’m going to work it down to 23 minutes hopefully by the end of the summer. The run was all concrete, little hills but nothing big. I tried to limit how much I stop while working on my speed. I keep it a good pace until I hit the biggest hill. That slowed me down. 

But over all it was good, burned 320 cals. A good 21 minutes of was “heavy” so I proud. 

 

Today I went to the beach and got some sun finally. Tonight is a long walk and legs later. 

Legs:

Squats 4 x 12
Step Ups 4 x 12
Lunges 4 x 12
Deadlifts 4 x 12

Bicycles
Ball Crunches
Double Crunches 

I’ll add the weight later. 

Diet has been great, I’m real proud of myself for planning and preping before I get hungry.

Tomorrow is cardio at the gym. Its going to be really humid so I figured I’ll save cardio for saturday at a nearby pond.

Step Climber 20 minutes
Treadmill Running 1 mile as fast as I can, I’m hoping for a 7 minute mile.
