This week starts with an early morning. I was up at 6 am, and in the gym at 6:45. Cutting it close? Yes. Worth an extra 15 minutes of sleep? Indeed.

Today was a mix.

Hyperextensions: 1 x 15, 5# x 1 x 12, 10# x 1 x 12, 10# x 1 x 10, 15# x 1 x 10

Dumbbell curls: 10# x 21 (7 all the way up, 7 half way, 7 all the way up), 12# x 21

Shoulder Press: 12# x 1 x 15, 15# x 2 x 12. 15# x 2 x 10
Incline Chest Press: 12# x 1 x 15, 15# x 1 x 12, 20# x 1 x 12, 20# x 2 x 10
(back to back without rest) 

Tricep Pushdown: 30# x 1 x 15, 30# x 1 x 12, 40# x 1 x 12, 40# x 2 x 10
Close Grip Pulldown: 50# x 1 x 15, 50# x 1 x 12, 60# x 1 x10, 60# x 1 x 5, 75# x 1 x 5
(back to back without rest) 

Cable Crunches: 50# x 5 x 20

Diet was on track, no cheating at all. 🙂 

But I did a lot more after the gym, inluding moving furtinure, nonstop cleaning for 3 hours. I’m pretty tired so I know I’ll be sleeping well.

Tomorrow is a gym session with my friend’s mother. I won’t be lifiting, and cardio will be after, running! =] 

I’m thinking of getting back on E/C now that I have been consistent with my routine. We’ll see though.
