Woohoo! I love Fridays!
Yes usually today would be leg/tricep day, but like I said in my last post this week got a little messed up with me being sick. So today was Thursday’s workout: Cardio/Abs also added is yoga stretching.
Cross Ramp: 15 minutes @ level 7/8
Step Climber: 20 minutes @ 6-8
Captains chair knee ups: 4 x 12
Decline Sit Ups: 4 x 12
Cable Crunches: 50# x 1 x 20, 50# x 2 x 15, 60# x 1 x 12
Yoga: 15 minutes stretching
Diet was on track. I ate a little more than planned. After cardio I had 1 whole egg, .75 cup egg whites, 2 pieces of light wheat toast. Yum!
Tomorrow is food shopping and supplement day, along with Legs/Triceps and lots and lots of homework. So it is a very busy day. I’m running out of vitamins and ZMA, so I will be stopping by Flex Appeal to grab some, maybe a 2lb Elite…..we’ll see.
