Thursday-
Running -15minutes 6mph-8.5mph intervals
Abs – weight crunches, decline situps, leg raises, captains chair

Friday: Triceps/Legs
Bentover cable extensions – 50# x 1 x 12, 60# x 1 x 12, 70# x 1 x 10, 80# x 1 x 10
Bench Dips: 4 x 12 (weighted next time!)
DB overhead extensions: 20# x 1 x 12, 25# x 1 x 12, 30# x 1 x 10, 35# x 1 x 5 (more next time 😀 )
Tri pressdowns: 30# x 2 x 12, 40# x 2 x 10 (hard, but i did it)

Triceps were very strong today.

Legs – tonight! The snow started to fall while I was at the gym, going to continue tonight with:
Plate Squats
Leg Exts
Stiff Leg Deadlifts
Step ups

I’m feeling stronger every weight day, cardio is just SUCKING! I get into these phases where I LOVE weights and have such a hard time dragging myself to run or get on the step climber ugh..oh well.

Tomorrow is more cardio/abs and sunday maybe some light cardio walking depending on the snow.
