Reviews/finals are this week (last week of stuff!!!!), so the passed two weeks i have been focusing on that, BUT i have been working out still 😀

Monday – Chest/Back

DB incline chest press: 20# x 2 x 12, 25# x 2 x 10 (tough, but i want 30s!!!!)

DB flat bench press: 20# x 2 x 12, 25# x 2 x 10

DB decline chest press: 20# x 2 x 12, 25# x 2 x 10

hyper extensions: body weight x 2 x 15, 10# x 2 x 11/12

seated cable row: 50# x 2 x 12, 60# x 2 x  x 10

Wide grip lat pulldown: 50# x 2 x 12, 60# x 2 x 10

Close Grip lat pulldown: 50# x 2 x 12, 60# x 2 x 10

Tuesday: Running/Abs

situps: 2 x 15

weighted situps: 5# x 2 x 15

Leg Raises 4 x 15

crunches 4 x 15

Wednesday: Shoulders/Biceps

Upright Row: 30# x 2 x 12, 40# x 2 x 10 (weak shoulders, haven’t trained them too much in the past)

Front Raises: 10# x 2 x 12, 12# x 2 x 10

Shoulder Press: 12# x 2 x 12, 15# x 2 x 10

Cable Curls: 40# x 2 x 12, 50# x 2 x 10

Preacher Curls: 20# x 2 x 12, 30# x 2 x 10

Standing DB curls: 12# x 2 x 12, 15# x 2 x 12

DB Shrugs: 20# x 1 x 12, 25# x 1 x 12, 30# x 2 x 10

Thursday: Running/Abs

Friday: Legs/Triceps

Shoulders are weak, ugh..I will get them stronger!!!!! Besides that, the workout went by fast, and I love not doing cardio after weights, I don’t feel as tired.  Besides the ice and snow outside, the early morning tomorrow and the nervousness of reviews…I’m feeling pretty good.

I’m feeling stronger on chest/triceps days, as well as back. But Abs/Shoulders are lacking ugh 😦  which explains the pathetic 15# for presses..thats okay..I’ll get them up there.

Diet was good today, went out to “brunch”, the temptation was there, but I kept thinking I WILL lose the last bit of fat, I want to see my muscles!! Argh…homefries or muscle…hmmmm MUSCLES!

I got my samples from musclepharm two days ago, so I’m excited to try it out next weight day (friday) woo!!

i find myself dreading cardio days and loving weight days more and more. I just feel so kickass picking the weights and feeling the buuurrrnnn.. this chick next to me tried to do my weight and  I laughed inside when she sat down at the lat pulldowns and couldnt move the bar..MUWAHAHAHAHA its a little personal satisfaction in a weird mean way..I was there once though..but man it feels so good.
