Over DB Extensions — 20# x 3 x 10, 15# x 1 x 15, 15# x 1 x 12

Rope Pushdown — 30# x 3 x 10, 20# x 1 x 15

Overhead Cable Rope — 40# x 1 x 15, 50# x 1 x 15, 50# x 1 x 10,  60# x 1 x 12, 70 # x 1 x 7

Close Grip Bench Press — 45# x 4 x 9

25 Minutes Cross Ramp

Felt really good  today, very strong and right on track. I think low carbs, higher fat/protein is really helping my hunger as well.

 

Wednesday:  I took the day off from working out, too much homework! 

 

Thursday night I was exhausted, but ended up doing 2 exercises for legs:

Stiff Leg Deadlifts: 30# x 3 x 15

Plate Squats: 25# x 3 x 15

But again both Thursday and Wednesday, walking all day in Boston 🙂

 

 

Friday: hurt hamstring/leg

Although I did something to my right leg..all day yesterday I had shooting pain from my hamstring all the way down to my heel..I’m guessing its my tendon that is inflamed..Not sure if its due to the deadlifts or just the amount of cardio I did this week. Also last night was a little cheat meal – two crab ragoons, single serving size of smartpop popcorn and 4 fig newtons..doesn’t sound like much but it was outside of macros, especially for carbs!

Today I woke up and weighed myself – 135lbs! 

First time ever I weighed 135lbs I could never get past 136, but I finally did it! Yay! Also yesterday I got whistled at…which is perverted, but it means I’m progressing 😀

But my leg is still very sore, so sadly I cannot do cardio for a bit. I don’t want to hurt it even more. So later on today I’m going to still go to the gym to lift, but no cardio. Just Shoulders/Back today. It’s not as bad as yesterday, so hopefully it gets better as the day goes on. 

I have to take a trip to Trader Joes today for beef, waffles, bread and other things for next week..

 

So the holidays are coming, but I do have a plan of a attack..My boyfriend will be flying up next friday too, which im SO EXCITED for..BUT even though it is Thanksgiving I have promised myself to keep cardio up, no snacking, no beer and only 1 slice of pie! Those are my goals 🙂
