So Wednesday school was alright. Got home rather early.

Breakfast : 1 whole egg, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/4 cup oatmeal, 1 pro shake, multi

snack: nitro core/water/natural PB and 6 whole grain crackers

Lunch: 5 slices chicken, low carb wheat pita

went to the gym: 15 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes bike, 10 minutes running 5.0-7.5mph

came home and took a nap for an hour, had dinner:

dinner: Chicken, green beans, whole wheat bread slice

bedtime: nitro core

overall it was an alright day. Got a good 7 hour sleep, but may need more.

Thursday:
4:45am – breakfast: 1/2 cup eggs, 1 whole egg, 1 cup milk, 1/4 oatmeal

7:30am snack: nitro core

10am: /natural pb/6 whole grain crackers

1pm: 5 slice chicken, 1 low carb wheat small pita, lettuce, 1 large apple, 1/2 blueberries

3pm: lean dessert/ 1 cup 1% milk

5:30pm: wild alaskan salmon, squash, small potato,

9:30/10 – 4 slices chicken

Mood: fustrated/bored/worry some about class load/Very aggravated when I got home

Energy: Good up until 2pm: low. at 5pm: very low. I tried to nap but didn’t.

Basically running around all day, up and down stairs, trains, Ts, running across buildings, etc. I have to get use to it again. I had a horrible headache when I finally got home, I was very aggravated, tired and just wanted to sleep. Tried to read and do some homework, but again headache wouldnt go away and finally I went to bed around 9:30pm. I basically didn’t move all night and woke up at 6:40am. So needless to say I did not hit the gym this morning but tonight I will be doing so for legs/shoulders.

Friday
breakfast: 2 slice whole wheat bread, 1/2 cup egg white, 1 whole egg

snack: 1 scoop whey, 1 large apple

lunch: 5 slices perdue chicken, lettuce, mustard, low carb pita

snack: nitro core, 3 hard boiled eggs (whites only)

dinner: either turkey/chicken 4 oz, veggies

bedtime snack: cottage cheese

calories: about 1600

51% pro, 36$ carbs, 13% fat

I need to up my fat a bit, maybe I’ll factor in some natural PB or something. I’m addicted to Peanut Butter ❤

Energy: very low, if it wasn’t for the amp, I’d be sleeping right now.

Tonight is legs and shoulders. will update later…

So I’m excited I can fit into small shirts now, and actually look good. When I say “fit”, it doesn’t mean I just can fit it on my body despite it not looking good, it means I actually look thin/good wearing them.. MUWAHAH. So it feels good. I got a lot of comments going back to school about my weight loss, made me very happy.

All I want to do now is get to my goal of 125lbs. 😀 My biceps are more defined and I can see my little triceps coming out to say hi. My chest is getting a lot stronger, along with my back 😀 I still need to work on my core and shoulders and glutes. One day at a time, thats what I keep telling myself. I’ll get to my goal.
