So yesterday wasn’t all that bad…I ate somewhat good when I came home, didn’t really stick to the food, but had grilled chicken, fresh green beans and potatoes <—little more than i wanted

I’m going to have to update this when I get home because my workout was at home and not at the gym.

Then I went for a 15 minute run, then walked for the rest of the 15 minutes.

Came home and drank a protein drink, then fell asleep around 10:30.

I’ve been so tired lately. So this morning I slept till 7..again missing the gym in the morning. Oy. When I get home from feeding/bringing in the horses today, I believe I’m going to run on my treadmill downstairs to save some time because I will be going out with a friend tonight.

My banana cream protein and REDuction came today. Hooray!
