Smith Machine Bent Over Row –

Dumbell Rows – Added it this week –
Hammer curls – 15# highest –

Hyperextension – 25# highest –

Friday: Leg/Shoulder day. EXCELLENT workout:

Squats on Smith Machine – 100# at my most, hoping to move up this friday

Leg press – Still cannot get by 270#

Leg extension – 90# at most

Ham curl machine – this hurt my knees?? 25# before it hurt too much and I had to stop.

Calf Raises (singles and doubles) – 60# to failure

Seated Dumbbell Press – 20# to failure

Front Dumbbell Raise – 12# – weakest part of me

Side Lateral Raise – 12 – weak

Deltaforce ** Will add next friday

Dumbbell Lying Rear Lateral Raise ** Will add friday

***This workout was AWESOME. I’m still feeling DOMS from leg day. =D

Saturday: I walked in Boston ALL day until 5pm

8pm – mile run w/doggy

Sunday: Day off but went for a 30 minute walk

Monday: Early day to go to Boston for school, walked all day.

Its back/bicep day!

Smith Machine Bent Over Row – did not do this one, too busy didnt want to wait

Dumbell Rows – 30lbs

Hammer curls – 20lbs

I’ll post what I do. Hopefully I can do more than I did last week. (I cheated and did this thursday)
