Okay food update:

After my workout this morning I had : 11:15-30:1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 2 piece of whole wheat toast and SF jelly with one more teaspoon of BCAAs

I then chilled out for an hour and went to the library to study and grab some books. So I had a healthy valley apple bar because my tummy was aching. Walked around and collected tons of books I got two good ones : fast food nations and ultimate fitness and a homework based on: ansel adams: autobiography.

around 2:30/3: ciabatta bread, light babebell cheese, 2 tbpsn spinach & artichoke, 3 slices of chicken, 1.5 slices of turkey bacon, 4 whole grain crackers, corn and water. it was filling and nice. I felt good.

around 6:30: grilled haddock, and spinach (wasn’t really hungry)

tonights workout=back & biceps


Seated Cable Rows- 40-60lbs

V-Bar pulldown 50-75lbs

Hyperextensions – 10 lbs x 10 x 2, 25lbs x 8 x 2

Hammer curls 12lbs x

EZ Barbell curls

thats what I did. har har
