12:30 ***Really Hungry Here, add protein shake w/breakfast? – I ate 93% lean beef, 1 whole wheat bun, 1 light edam cheese, 1 tsp spinach & artichoke hummus, 1 cup corn, 1 bottle water.

I then ran around walmart & staples to get shit for my room.

2:15- 6 whole grain Grains First crackers, 3 tsp of spinach & hummus, 1 weight watchers carrot cake thinger, 1 choco. pb cookie, 1 cup milk. ****CRAVINGS!

I’m going to the gym around 3:30. I think I’m going to do some running (I know, I know out of order!) Then after I’ll gulp down a protein shake. Then later tonight I’ll do arms.  I didn’t do them yesterday..ugh.

Summary:

NO MORE COOKIES!
