Today was tiring. I went to the junkyard to find some stuff for car, and also take photos for a folio project due on Monday. I worked on my car for about 3 1/2 hours trying to get my new headlights in..and they never got in. The bastards at this place on ebay I bought from put the headlight adjusting screws in different places and I cannot remove them without snapping the plastic.

Due to a crazy day, I didn’t eat proper..

Breakfast: 1.5 cup frosted flakes, 1.5 cup non fat milk

Lunch: half of wheat roll, 2 slices of roast beef, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, onions, tomatoes, olive oil, lettuce

Inbetween lunch and dinner: 

1 cup of diet hot chocolate

2 bottles of water

Dinner: 1/2 chicken breast boild, 1.4 cup peas, 3 sliced red potatoes cooked in extra virgin oil and thats it.

I believe I might add in a Tbsp of smart balance peanut butter as well.

I went for a 30 minute mild walk with my dogs. Tomorrow will be a better day. I just had so much stuff to do and my gym closes at 7pm.
